Reverse Osmosis

Newman reverse osmosis drinking water systems remove dissolved impurities from water using a semi-permeable membrane. This technology is very effective in removing bacteria, chlorine, taste, odors, and organic contaminants. At 50 gallons per day, our units will provide you with more than enough bottled quality water for your daily needs.

Reverse Osmosis

Newman reverse osmosis drinking water systems run off of your existing water pressure and are typically located under a kitchen sink. A water line is also installed to your freezer's ice maker to produce high quality ice cubes.

Our four or five stage systems consist of an initial pre-filtration stage to remove sediment and suspended solids from your city or well water. The second stage consists of a granular activated carbon filter to remove chlorine, odor, and organic contaminants. The third stage is a carbon block filter that removes trihalomethanes, pesticides, organic chemicals, and 99.95% of giardia and cryptosporidium cysts. The fourth stage is the high capacity reverse osmosis membrane that removes dissolved salts, bacteria, lead, copper, and many more contaminates. The final stage is designed to improve taste and is a post-carbon filter that removes any residual odor and impurities as the water leaves the storage tank.

Our systems utilize filters that are common in the water treatment world. A typical box store system will cost less initially until installation and then you are left to find filters that become obsolete over time. We do not believe our customers should be subject to these restrictions. If our residential system filters ever become obsolete we will replace the unit free of charge.

We also offer RO systems that can produce 300+ gallons per day and high pressure units that do 2500+ gallons per day. Newman Water Services provides complete installation and service of your Reverse Osmosis system and also provides routine yearly filter changes and testing.
